If you decide to go ahead with the purchase of hearing aids we will deduct the cost of the hearing test. There is no expiry date to claim this deduction.

We offer a home visit service which enables us to demonstrate the hearing system in a real-life setting. You do not live in a clinical environment so it is of no value to demonstrate in such a situation.
By visiting you at home we can ensure that hearing aids are correctly programmed to your specific requirements for optimal performance. For example, listening to the TV, chatting with friends and family, listening to music etc. It is also not uncommon for us to attend other specific environments with you such as the workplace, restaurants, etc.
Our patients prefer this bespoke service as it reduces the need for numerous visits to a clinic to explain the difficulties they are having in specific situations.
As the purchase of a hearing system is a lifelong investment, it is vitally important that you are satisfied with the hearing aids that you have selected.
To ensure this is the case we give a full 2 month trial period, in which time you have the option of changing model / manufacturer or returning the hearing aids for a full refund.
